The fiscalization rules in the Federation of BIH have been incorporated in the legal framework through the Fiscal Law from 2010. The Law of the fiscal systems is the most important regulation for fiscalization related subjects.

According to the fiscal regulation in this country, every retail store is obliged to record every single turnover over fiscal devices. This is valid for every method of payment. Taxpayers are obliged to create daily reports and to print them at the end of every day (working day). Also, they have to keep the daily report for each fiscal device.
