Fiscal subject related
Natural or legal persons, who hold qualified digital certificates, can apply for registration as SPV users based on them, and individuals who do not hold such a certificate can request registration based on username and password on the ANAF website.

As a reminder, if taxpayers do not fulfill their obligation to communicate by electronic means of remote transmission of applications ( through SPV ) from March 1st and submit documents to ANAF as central tax body in electric format, those will not be taken into account.
