Fiscal subject related
The government of this country has adopted the Proposal of the Law and published the new Law on fiscalization which, unlike the previously published draft, envisions the introduction of a fiscal system operator whose basic obligations include enabling the taxpayer to harmonize operations with this law as well as maintain and support electronic fiscal devices.
The key question answered by this solution is how to relieve the Tax Administration of all operational and technical issues that are very demanding and involve human resources that are almost impossible to provide in public administration.
According to the requirements of the new law, the operator of the fiscal system is one or more companies approved by the Tax Administration, that will be obliged to enable the taxpayer to harmonize operations with the new law through the processes of implementation, maintenance and support of electronic fiscal devices. The Tax Administration approves the operator of the fiscal system on the basis of the conducted public invitation procedure.
