The implementation phases have been pushed back to create more time for companies to implement changes.
The solution will be implemented in the following phases:
1. phase - Public test run of the prototype IS EFA and OpenAPI for guaranteed electronic invoicing in June 2022
2. phase - Guaranteed electronic invoicing (areas B2G, G2G and G2B) – public operation January 2023
During the first phase in order to ensure a higher quality of services and transparency of the IS EFA, the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic has decided to enable public cooperation in creating a solution by launching a public test operation.
During the trial period, both the professional public and entrepreneurs will be allowed to try working with an online application or integration through our OpenAPI.
The second phase will be expected to start in 2023 and cover B2B and B2C transactions.
