From the 20th of October until the 31st of October, businesses, through the digital portal myAADE Register & Contact Business Details, can, where necessary, correct and update the image of the active POS they had on the 30th of September 2023, declaring the POS, which may not be included in the data that the providers have sent.

It is clarified that an active POS means a POS that can be used to complete transactions with a card, even when it is used or available as a backup, in the case of a functional failure or other emergency.

At the same time, on the AADE website, a special page has been created for the POS (Cash Systems Interface), from which businesses and other stakeholders (accountants, providers, etc.) can be informed about:

  • the individual obligations of each person involved
  • the cash register and POS options available
  • the schedule and progress of the project.
