In the Press Release, the obligated subjects are informed that:
- The deadline for the link expires on September 30.
- The fine for not linking is from 10,000 to 20,000 euros, depending on the category of books that are used in the business accounting.
The IAPR invites businesses to immediately, or as soon as possible schedule an appointment with their partner, who manufactures or technically supports the Commercial/Accounting management program (ERP), which they use, to interface their POS card terminal, with the ERP, which cooperates with the Tax Electronic Mechanism (FIM) or the Electronic Invoicing Provider.
