The Tax Authority of the Republic of Srpska has published amendments to the Rulebook on approving Operators of the Fiscal System in the "Official Gazette" No. 89/24.
The changes aim to update the criteria and procedures for approving the Operator of the Fiscal System as well as details on the internal organization of the consortium of companies that currently form the only approved Operator of the Fiscal System in this country.

The original rulebook was first introduced in August 2023, and this latest amendment reflects ongoing improvements in its details.
The amended Rulebook that was just published adds another article 8a, after the current article 8, defining further details on the approval decision provided by the Tax Authority for the approval of the OFS.
