Fiscal subject related
On December 3, 2024, between 22:00 and 24:00, FURS will replace the digital certificate used for TLS connections in its production system (blagajne.fu.gov.si). This update is crucial for ensuring secure communications for tax offices.
The new digital certificate can be found in the "Digital Certificates" section of the FURS website and in the technical documentation (version 2.8).
A temporary production environment has been set up at a different URL (https://blagajne.fu.gov.si:9009/...) where users can test the new certificate's functionality. This environment will be decommissioned after December 17, 2024.
Businesses using tax receipt software must ensure their systems remain operational after the certificate replacement.
This change is part of ongoing efforts to maintain secure electronic transactions within Slovenia's tax system.
