This innovative tool is now available on the official website of the Tax Administration, providing taxpayers with a convenient and interactive way to access general information regarding the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration, as well as the Law on Personal Income Tax. The mentioned chatbot is designed to assist taxpayers in finding relevant information quickly and easily. However, it is important to note that the information provided by the chatbot is only for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice or opinion.
We encourage all taxpayers to utilize this new service, available 24/7, to efficiently obtain the information they need. For more detailed inquiries, please visit the official website of the Tax Administration or contact our contact center, which continues to be the primary communication channel for all matters within the scope of our institution.

The chatbot is currently able to provide general information on:
- The Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration and the Law on Personal Income Tax, and
- The information is of a general nature; that is, it is not comprehensive and binding and cannot replace a legal opinion or legal advice in a particular case.
Based on this first version, it provides answers in the Serbian language and can be asked questions exclusively in the Serbian language.
