The Tax Administration of the Republic of Srpska has published the second Public Call for taxpayers to start the initial fiscalization procedure by March 31, 2025.
This call targets the second group of fiscalization taxpayers, which includes individuals and entities engaged in the turnover of goods and services who were not previously required to register their turnover via fiscal cash registers under the old fiscal law i.e. Law on fiscal cash registers. Additionally, it includes those who are not exempted by the current regulation and those who have registered activities requiring turnover recording by the date of this announcement.
The procedure for including in the fiscalization system to be initiated is done by submitting:
- An application for the registration of business premises,
- A request for issuing a secure element/s,
- A request for subsidizing the costs of initial fiscalization.
In this process, the Tax Administration is responsible for:
- Registering business premises and places of turnover.
- Issuing secure elements.
- Subsidizing the costs of initial fiscalization based on the initiated procedure.
Prior to the above TA responsibilities start, the taxpayers concerned need to send the necessary requests for registering business premises, and issuing secure elements and subsidies for the costs of initial fiscalization.
In this regard, the Tax Administration of the Republic of Srpska calls on the taxpayers of the second fiscalization group to, at the latest within 60 days, i.e. by March 31, 2025. started the procedure of initial fiscalization by submitting the necessary online requests.
The deadline for completing the fiscalization procedure for the second group of taxpayers in full is set as September 30, 2025.
